Registrar Members Information Update

Our records reflect information on our members based on the current
information submitted on each walk, team and member forms, church community records,
and the original data that has been carried over from Houston's original Emmaus walks.
As you can imagine, this information quickly changes as the Fourth Day and Clergy move
about in our community and it can become a real challenge when trying to communicate,
for team selection, and providing good representation to your Board
through your ballots each year.

Please help us by submitting your updated information by filling out the form below.
If you have not filled out a member or team form within the last three years, our records are
probably out of date. One form for each family member, please. This form will go to the
HWEC Registrar to update your record.
